I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated, but they could use a refurbishment. The service was helpful and cheerful, although there were some issues with the remote control. The location was excellent, perfect for exploring Kilkenny. The dining experience was good overall, although there were some hiccups. The facilities were satisfactory.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The room was spacious and comfy, although the double bed was actually two single beds pushed together with a slight height difference, creating a bump in the middle. The room had air conditioning and even came with complimentary water, fluffy towels, and the friendly staff gave us great tips on parking in the town center. Overall, a pleasant experience with a few minor inconveniences.

Rooms

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautiful, with a very comfortable bed and cozy atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and engaging, making my experience even more memorable. The location was convenient, capturing the heart of the city, and I'll definitely be back for another visit. However, the room decor could use some updating, and the early morning cleaning staff interruptions were a downside.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were very hot and not as spacious as expected, with an unfortunate view of an exhaust pipe and noise from a generator below. The fire alarm going off at 5 am didn't make it a pleasant experience, but the cozy feel and balcony were nice surprises.

Rooms

The rooms were cozy but smaller than anticipated, with some inconveniences like the noise and limited space.
Service

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was clean and nice, but its warmth was a bit overwhelming even after turning off the heating. The location was convenient for exploring the city, but being directly above the bar could be noisy at times. The service was friendly and welcoming, but I found it a bit off-putting that the staff were talking among themselves during check-in. The dining experience left something to be desired with cold buffet options. Overall, the hotel offers affordability, but the room may not fully match a 4-star rating.
