I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated, but they could use a refurbishment. The service was helpful and cheerful, although there were some issues with the remote control. The location was excellent, perfect for exploring Kilkenny. The room was spacious and comfy, although the double bed was actually two single beds pushed together with a slight height difference, creating a bump in the middle.
